 LOW LEARNING CURVE

MangiPOS is based on Touch Screen Technology. Touch screen simplifies the learning process with graphic user interface. On order screen, an exact replica of customer's receipt is displayed as server enters menus. Easy and simple order entry results in fast and effective order management.

MangiPOS provides auditing with detailed and accurate reports of sales.

 SECURITY

High bit data encryption is integrated in MangiPOS to protect the restaurant database from any unauthorized access. Creating backup for the database is crucial and MangiPOS provides backup and restore option.

 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Integrated credit card reader eliminates the hassle of entering credit card information or amount as in traditional credit card terminals.

 MENU/ TASTE OPTION SETTING

MangiPOS supports variable menu settings that adapts to any complex menus. Taste option supports wide variety of menu types for different types of restaurant, including, but not limited to, bar and grills, delivery oriented, lounge, seafood, or family restaurant.

 VIP REWARD / GIFT CARD PROCESSING

Customer loyalty can be rewarded through accumulating bonus points. Also available is prepaid gift certificate.

 RESERVATION

It is simple and easy to enter and revise reservation information. Reserved table and time is displayed with tables for faster reservation management.

 ORDER

MangiPOS minimizes miscommunication among servers and customers by providing detailed order information when needed. Orders can be split in any combination per customers request (even split, by 3, by 4, etc.)

 FLOOR MANAGEMENT

Current server information for each table is readily available at the main screen of MangiPOS. Multiple eating areas are supported for large restaurants. Each seating area displays table arrangements. One click on the table icon brings up all the order information for the selected table. Occupied tables are marked with different color for easier status acknowledgement.

 HOLD CREDIT CARD

Credit card holding is easier than ever with MangiPOS. Just enter customer name or phone number and swipe the credit card.

 EXPRESS SCREEN / QUICK PAY

Express screen enables popular menus to be displayed on a single screen for fast order entry. It also incorporates Quick Pay to further simplify the order process.

 KITCHEN NOTIFICATION

All orders received are automatically forwarded. Chefs get orders through printers or on screen display. Both printer and screen can be installed simultaneously to better notify the chefs.

 CALLER ID

Support for caller ID is embedded in MangiPOS. Caller information is stored in customer database for future reference. Once stored in database, order history and customer information can be retrieved to manage returning customers in BackOffice for analysis and reports.

 BACKOFFICE / OPERATION

BackOffice is the center of the MangiPOS. Menus can be categorized, tax rates can be adjusted, staff can be managed, display can be selected, customers can be managed for a personalized experience, etc. Fully customizable reporting capabilities are another key feature of BackOffice. Preconfigured reports include total sales summary per each menu item, group, category, order type, stations, printers, or different servers.
